2. IDEAL DRYING EFFECT
Electrothermal tube in the bottom of machine produce heat source, which then is output from the bottom part of mixing chamber by air blower, heated air penetrates from lower part to upper part, the material in mixing chamber, functioned by screw-lifting mechanism, make material outside screw pipe move from upper part to lower part, so heat exchange process is processed inversely and evenly, which enable it to fully make use of heat energy, and it won’t appear the overheated phenomenon for part material, Traditional Direct-connection Dryer is based on heated air blown from one side, material is under the state of standstill, also to penetrate upper part of material is always piled up, it is very difficult for heated air to penetrate upper part of material, even one side of air entry sometimes will appear sinter phenomenon, Therefore, “Multi-functional Peripheral Machine” has a ideal and high-efficient drying effect.
