Trimming machine Mod. RS1/D for rotary disk brushes up to 610 mm (24) maximum diameter and 200 mm (7,9) maximum trim length (fibre). If desired, the machine can be equipped with a flagging unit or with a fibre tipping unit. Holding of the brush is via a pneumatic cylinder, holding on the centre of the block. Brush rotation velocity automatically varying, during the trimming operation, by means of a speed inverter. Advancement of the trimming (rotary-mill type) unit, driven by electric motor. Adjustable cutting angle. The machine is equipped with a powerful suction unit. The machine meets all requirements in Laws for Safety and Health imposed by the European Community and it is certified by the CE mark. Power draw : 5 Kw.
