Automatic trimming machine Mod. RS2/R, for the simultaneous trimming of two cylindrical brushes.It is produced in two versions:1) Model RS2/R-400, for trimming brushes up to 400 mm length2) Model RS2/R-600, for trimming brushes up to 600 mm length The machine is equipped with a rotary mill cutter head for straight trimming and is capabile of producing finished outside brush diameters between 30 mm and 400 mm (mill cutter&8217;s rotation speed: 1400 RPM). The work cycle foresees a variety of trimming cycles such as one pass (forward on first cycle, back on next cycle, etc.), two passes (forward and back) and multiple passes. The rotation speed of the roller can be adjusted from 80 to 800 RPM. The mill cutter's linear travel speed on the brush can be changed from 0,5 to 6 meters/min. This speed is easy to adjust and is useful for obtaining the best finish on the brush and to quickly regulate the work speed of the RS2/R to work in conjunction with the filling-machine. A powerful self-contained exhaust system removes the dust and excess trimmed material. The same machine can be supplied in the RS1/R version, for trimming one cylindrical brush per machine cycle. The machine meets all requirements in Laws for Safety and Health imposed by the European Community and it is certified by the CE mark. Power draw: 2 KW. Compressed air pressure: 6 bar (90 PSI).
