Automatic, vertical staple-setting machine Mod. BV1-SW with one filling tool and two drills for production of INDUSTRIAL CYLINDERS, ROTARY BRUSHES (disc brushes) and LAG BRUSHES (rectangular brushes) complete with: 4 electronic axes of movement that are achieved via a PC and ''brushless'' servo motors (one of the axes can perform a double movement): the four axes of movement allow for radial and parallel tufting or any combination. The maximum flare angle for cylinder and lag brushes is 20º on one end of the length of the brush and 30º on the opposite end. For rotary brushes, the maximum outside flare angle is 30ºIn regard to filling tool stroke, this machine is manufactured in two versions: 85 mm stroke, that has a filling tool range of 3 mm - 7,5 mm and can work a maximum length of fiber of 300 mm (unfolded) 135 mm stroke, that has a filling tool range of 5 mm - 12 mm and can work a maximum length of fiber of 400 mm (unfolded). The machine comes with a single stock box (for natural, synthetic or metallic fibers) or can be ordered with a double stock box (for synthetic fibers). The extreme versatility of the machine allows the user to change from a cylinder brush, to a lag brush to a rotary brush in a matter of minutes.
