Vertical drilling and filling machine for the production of brooms and brushes up to 300mm length (in one operation) filled with radial tufts. Two double channel fibre boxes, fibre length up to 400mm (unfolded); machine suitable for the production of brooms and brushes with long fibre, such as angle brooms. Two filling tools and three drills, which allow the machine to work in continuous cycle. Filling tools stroke 135mm, sizes available from 35 to 80. Carriage moved by 3 axis which are electronically controlled by personal computer. Machine speed up to 300 RPM.
