Automatic machine Mod. BS30 for the production of ''strip'' brushes, complete with the following: - Automatic feeding unit for synthetic fibers that works by manually loading the bundles onto a conveyor belt. This unit automatically holds the bundle, removes the plastic film wrap and it loads the fibers into the fiber stock-box. With this configuration the machine can reach a production speed up to 30 meters/minute without the operator’s intervention for approximately 12 to 15 minutes. The machine can also be setup with a manually loaded fiber stock-box, that enables the machine to run vegetable and natural fibers (using a picker arc) but decreasing the production speed to approximately 10 meters/minute. - The machine can produce “strip” brushes with a base width of 3 to 6 mm (approx. 1/8” to ¼” metal strip width) - Automatic cutting of the overall length of the “strip” brushes is performed via 4 conjugate blades to achieve a clean cut. - Double trimming unit featuring rotary blades and counter-blades trims the fibers. - It is possible to shape the fiber cut via an optional programmable trimmer controlled by an electronic servomotor. - Optional Tooling is available such as a “coiling” unit or a “bending” unit which can be added in-line onto the end of the BS30 machine.
