Vertical, staple-set machine Mod. BV1/MR for the production of industrial cylinder brushes and lag brushes with vertical tufts (straight up and down tufts) Cylinder brush dimensions: Maximum length 3000 mm (118'') or 4000 mm in special version (158''); Maximum outside diameter 600 mm (24''); Maximum core diameter 250 mm (10''). Lag brush dimensions: Maximum length in one cycle 2000 mm (79'') or longer upon request; Maximum width 300 mm (12'') One filling tool and two drills so that the operator only needs to remove the filled brush and replace it with a new core/lag. Filling tool sizes and strokes available are: 60 mm stroke, filling tool range 3 mm - 8 mm and can run fiber with a maximum stock length of 240 mm (9,45'') 85 mm stroke, filling tool range 3 mm - 8 mm and can run fiber with a maximum stock length of 300 mm (11,8'') 135 mm stroke, filling tool range 5 mm - 11 mm and can run fiber with a maximum stock length of 400 mm (15,75'') Single and double stock boxes are available for synthetic, natural and metallic fibers. Interchangeable bridge: Lag brush bridge available. Movements achieved via 3 axes using ''brushless'', servo motors and controlled via a PC Programming is easy and efficient. Special functions in the software allow programming even thousands of holes in a matter of minutes. Sophisticated self-diagnostic system for all of its operational functions with signaling devices and instant machine stop. These features help insure the reliability of the machine as well as protect it from involuntary operator errors. The machine respects all of the requirements for health and safety in regard to the norms for CE certification. Lubrication and maintenance: State-of-the-art technical solutions and a centralized lubrication system reduce down time and maintenance to a minimum.
