Automatic horizontal filling machine Mod. Gulliver for the production of ROLLERS and TECHNICAL DISCS. Machine with stroke of 280 mm, one drilling and one filling unit. Between these units there are a roller-carriage and a disc-carriage. The machine is thus available in three different versions: machine with roller-carriage and disc-carriage (overall dimensions: 10500 x 4500 x 2500 mm) machine with roller-carriage (overall dimensions: 6600 x 4500 x 2500 mm) machine with disc-carriage (overall dimensions: 3500 x 4500 x 2500 mm) Fiber length: from 120 mm up to max. 650 mm. Max. drilling diameter: 16 mm. Max. tuft angle: 50° on both sides. Filling-tool size: from 75 mm up to 130 mm. Max. diameter of the filled roller: 825 mm. Max. length of the roller core: 1650 mm. Max. disc diameter: 950 mm. Trimming of rollers available upon request: min. roller diameter 250 mm, max. roller diameter 825 mm. Upon request the machine can be equipped by a FLAT WIRE-INSERTING UNIT operated by brushless motors, which adds a flat wire to each bristle tuft. This unit unwinds the flat wire, cuts it to the required length (min. length 230 mm & max. length 630 mm) and adds it to the tuft, thus mixing the two materials. PCNC Personal Computer equipped with: Industrial HD, TFT 12'' colour display, resistive Touch Screen, USB FLASH HARD drive-pen for program-saving, virtual keyboard displaying on Touch Screen, 2 USB connections (a front one protected by IP66 and a back one), 2 serial connections, 1 external screen connection, 2 PS2 connections for mouse and keyboard. Controls installed on a wheeled operating platform. TEACH-IN function (for self-teaching). ''SELF-DIAGNOSIS'' function which interacts with the PC operating system to signal malfunctions on the display, and to guide the operator in rapid troubleshooting procedures.
