SPRINT
Automatic drilling and filling machine model SPRINT, with 1 filling tool and 1 drill, for the production different types of brooms and brushes. Machine speed up to 400 RPM (400 tufts/min).
The SPRINT is a vertical machine with 1 filling tool and 1 drill. The 2 stations carriage is moved by 3 or 4 axes (according to the machine version) electronically driven by servomotors and controlled by Personal Computer. By changing specific equipment this machine can produce a wide range of models with different filling angles: Equipment for radial tufted brushes with a length up to 400mm; Equipment for bowl brushes (such as WC brushes) and semi-spherical brushes (such as dish washing brushes). One high speed drill for holes from 2.5 mm up to 8 mm. One staple filling tool driven by twin-cam system; filling tool stroke 85mm to work with fibre up to 300mm unfolded; filling tool sizes available from 20 to 75. Machine speed up to 400 RPM.
