Automatic 3 stations carousel machine model BR31, with 1 filling tool and 1 drill, for the production of all kinds of small brushes filled with radial or parallel tufts. Machine speed up to 650 RPM.
The BR31 is a carousel machine with 3 stations (blocks loading and off-loading, drilling and filling) which operate simultaneously and are able to handle one piece at a time. The carriages are moved by 3 axes electronically driven by brushless servomotors and controlled by Personal Computer. The machine can be equipped with different carriages for the production of small brushed with radial or parallel or circular tufting. Manual or automatic loading of the blocks onto the machine. Drilling station equipped with one high speed drill. In case of pre-drilled blocks, a trimming unit can be assembled instead of the drill unit. The filling station has one filling tool driven by twin-cam system; filling tool stroke 36mm to work with fibre from 30mm up to 160mm length; filling tool sizes available from 20 to 40. The machine has the capability to feed staple-wire or anchor-bar via an electronic wire feeding system. Machine speed up to 650 RPM. Manual or automatic off-load of the finished brushes.
