STAR-R32
Automatic 3 stations carousel machine model STAR-R32, with 2 filling tools and 2 drills, for the production of all kinds of brooms and brushes. Machine speed up to 550 RPM (1.100 tufts/min).
The STAR-R32 is a carousel machine with 3 stations (blocks loading and off-loading, drilling and filling) which operate simultaneously and are able to handle two pieces at a time. The carriages are moved by 5 axes electronically driven by brushless servomotors and controlled by Personal Computer. By changing specific equipment this machine can produce a wide range of models with different filling angles: Equipment for radial, parallel and combination radial/parallel tufted brushes, Equipment for bowl brushes and semi-spherical brushes, Equipment for rollers and hair brushes, Equipment for filling flat surfaces in combination with semi-spherical ends. The blocks are manually loaded onto the machine. The drilling station is equipped with 2 electro spindles moved by electronic cams of last generation. The filling station has two filling tools driven by twin-cam system; filling tool stroke 55mm (85mm also available) to work with fibre up to 230mm length (or 300mm with 85mm stroke); filling tool sizes available from 25 to 75. The machine has the capability to feed staple-wire or anchor-bar via an electronic wire feeding system and can work all kinds of synthetic fibres as well as natural fibres like Coco and Palmyra. Machine speed up to 550 RPM with stroke 55mm (500 RPM with 85mm stroke). Manual or automatic off-load of the finished brushes.
