SMART-R32-MATIC
The “MATIC concept” refers to workstations made of separate production islands (areas) linked together by the new electronic robot that can produce a wide range of models of brooms and brushes automating the working cycle.
The "MATIC concept" includes: a double heads turret style filling machine (3 or 5 axes), drilling and filling two blocks simultaneously, a trimming/flagging carousel machine (or other type, depending on the brush model / configuration chosen), a blocks feeding unit and an electronic robot that allows the automatic handling of the brushes through the stages of production without the operator’s intervention. The blocks feeding unit can be: manually operated by a conveyor belt, by a chain, or by a vibrating tank according to the customer requests. The new electronic robot features with double clamps unit for the transport of the blocks from to the feeder to the filling unit, and the finished product from the filling to the trimming/flagging machine.
